This weekend I made (3) separate quiches that seemed to be a hit. The first was a total meat quiche, the second was the cheese veggie quiche and the third was the WORKS (a combination of the other quiches)!!! Out of all three I enjoyed the WORKS the most. I wanted to get this post up now because my tasters need to respond, however the recipe will be posted tonight for all those who are interested. I have an extra special ingredient, so stay tuned for the recipe.

WOW- This dish is off the charts! It has this amazing smokey taste and the veggies are perfect- nice and firm! It really is the the best quiches I have ever eaten. BRAVOOOO
It was bangin, I don't even eat asparagas (spelling?) and I ate the whole thing!!! The smokey taste, the texture, all of it was right on. Hopt it doens't use all of my Weight Watchers points for the day. Excellent job DIVA!!!!

The dish was fantastic. I thought the veggies and cheese inside the quiche worked well together. The salad was a spring mix which is my favorite assortment of lettuce, spinach and vegtables. Very good lunch time snack. My complements to the chef!
I have eaten a lot of different quiche in my day and I have to say Diva's cheesie veggie quiche is among the best I have had, better than even my own special quiche recipe which I rank pretty high. I am waiting eagerly to see the recipe to find out that special ingredient that set's this quiche apart.
